Celebrate Christmas with The Salvation Army in Birmingham
03.12.2015
If you want to make your celebrations stand out this year then why not celebrate Christmas with The Salvation Army at St Chad’s Queensway here in the heart of Birmingham.
Throughout the month we will be holding special services, playing carols around the city and sharing in our annual spectacular at the Symphony Hall on Sunday 13th December @ 2.30 & 6.00 pm. There are still plenty tickets available for the 6.00 pm performance if you really want to ‘kick start’ your Christmas with special performances from our bands, choirs, not forgetting the youngest members of our church who will performing the nativity. We are also pleased to welcome children from local schools who will be taking part in both performances.
In the meanwhile, teams of volunteers will be helping us prepare food hampers & toy parcels for needy families and of course the big day itself when we will be hosting a festive lunch for the elderly and those who find themselves on their own.
For us at The Salvation Army Christmas is all about giving, receiving, sharing and caring recognising that Jesus is the reason for the season.
Why not come and share with us – we’d love to see you?!
